In line with our association’s legal obligations as they relate to data protection we will:
- respect the privacy of all our members
- ask for your explicit consent to store your personal data, your name, address and email address.
- not store financial information
- store the data in both paper and digital form (the latter in a password protected computer)
- use the data for one purpose only, to communicate with you about matters relating to the King George V Park, Eyre Place, Edinburgh
- not divulge your personal data to any third party
- acknowledge your consent to receive information from us by post, email or by means of a receipt for a subscription/donation whichever is appropriate
- enable you to cancel your membership and unsubscribe from our communications at any time by emailing secretary@kgvsy.org.uk, at which point we will delete your data from our records
